We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our fast-growing San Jose, CR team to partner with our local employees and U.S.-based People Operations team to enhance our recruiting process, onboarding program and overall employee experience.
What you will do:

Recruiting
-
Manage hiring process for CR-based positions including sourcing, scheduling, and offer generation
-
Coordinate job offers and new hire onboarding for all local employees
-
Coordinate with external recruiting and operations partners
-
Support U.S. hiring as needed

Human Resources administration
-
Manage onboarding process for all CR new hires
-
Oversee compliance with Kepler CR employee policies and Costa Rican employment law
-
Serve as escalation point for local employees regarding company policies and practices
-
Manage enrollment in benefits programs
-
Support payroll enrollment and administration
-

Office Operations
-
When in-office work resumes, manage on-site operations, office supplies and IT equipment, and relationship between Kepler and building management; during remote work period, ensure Kepler Costa Rica employees have all necessary IT equipment

Serve as liaison between third party IT vendor and employees for user issues as necessary

Provide occasional administrative support to office leadership

Desired skill and experience:
-
Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or similar field; familiar with Costa Rican employment law
-
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
-
Highly organized and attentive to detail
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
-
Uses a client-service approach with employees and potential candidates
-
Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload across several critical functions.

Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
-
Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment.
